Parameters:
This is an indicative basis on which the recipients of the Valuation Services will know the charge for the service provided.
VAT is not included in the above charges, and will be calculated separately.
The logic is that the fee for each Valuation Report will be calculated according to the Market Value of the property.
Valuation reports located in different areas will be considered as separate appraisals and each property will be charged separately based on the table above.
For revaluation the charge will be made based on the above table minus 50%, with a minimum charge of € 150, plus VAT (Revaluations are consider properties that we value the maximum 2 years ago).
There are cases where even low value properties can be quite complex and require more time and research for those the fees will be discussed in advance.
For Court cases and Complex Valuations our fees will be discussed in advance according to the level of difficulty.
In accordance with the RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Notes for “Surveyors Acting As Expert Witnesses”, our fees will either be charged on an hourly basis at the rate of €180/hour (plus VAT) or, alternatively, we can agree at the outset on an appropriate fixed fee.
